This is a sparkling rosé made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, i(Tuscany). It undergoes a first fermentation in stainless steel and a second in the bottle; it is not disgorged, thereby retaining a slight haziness and a fresh aromatic profile with hints of bread crust.
